Missions Committee Contact: Donna Weatherly

We are all called to Show God's love and Tell His story.
What are you doing for Him today?
"But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere—in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”  Acts 1:8

We focus on different areas of missions throughout the the year.

Special offerrings are received for these areas:
     March - North American Missions
June - Local missions and outreach
     September - California State Missions
     December - International Missions

Beyond our normal tithes and offerings:

In December 2018 we gave  $2934 to the International Missions Offering, provided Christmas gifts to 11 local families, and sent $2000 worth of gift cards for Camp Fire relief.

In November 2018 we sent more than 30 shoeboxes to Operation Christmas Child

In September 2018 we gave $2009 to the California Missions Offering

In June 2018 we used baby bottles to contribute to Sierra Preganancy & Health.  Local ministries  (The Gideons, Teen Challenge Men's Residence, Grace City Center) were helped out of existing Local Missions Funds.  Local Missions also supports community outreach such as our Summer Movie Night, outreach at the Sun City Farmer's Market, Fun After School Time for Kids, and participation in City parades.

In March 2018 we gave $2104 to the North American Missions Offering.

.

Thank you for your generous support of missions!
